Low Fin Tube is a heat exchange tube with short and dense spiral fins (height 0.8-2mm, density 19-40 fins/inch) formed on the outer surface of the light tube by rolling or welding. Its core value lies in significantly improving the heat transfer efficiency (2-4 times higher than the light tube), especially suitable for shell and tube heat exchangers with low heat transfer coefficient fluids.
The low fin tube is integrally formed, and there is no gap between the fins, which can better transfer heat and facilitate cleaning.

Petrochemical refining
Oil cooler: Shell cooling of crude oil/diesel
Reforming unit: Hydrogen heat exchanger (low fins reduce pressure drop and adapt to high pressure environment).
